Jolie’s Chinese Traditional Food Inc., offers customers authentic, handmade frozen Chinese dumplings. Jolie Zhou makes frozen Handmade Veg, Pork, Chicken, Beef, Shrimp Dumplings, along with Handmade Kimchi, Kidney Bean Paste Pan Cake, Egg Rolls, Meat Pie, Crab/Pork Meat Bun and Dim Sum Packs.
Starting her business in June 2012, Zhou was inspired to give people the opportunity to taste real Chinese dumplings. As a Chinese doctor, Zhou has seen many people suffer from taking prescriptions that have adverse side effects.
With a goal to impart natural and healthy methods to consume food, Zhou has taken the initiative to incorporate fresh and tasty menu items that represent her culture.
